Ordering Information

How to order:
Items can be ordered via telephone or E-mail. Once ordered, the item will be removed from inventory until payment is received. Payment must be received within 5 working days or the item will be returned to inventory. Once funds are received and checks are cleared, purchases will be shipped.

Payment terms:
We accept checks, cashier checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard. If a personal check is used, it must clear before the order is shipped. San Mateo County sales tax of 8 % will be added to the price for California residents unless you have a valid resale certificate.

Shipping charges:
Most items will be shipped UPS or Parcel Post. Furniture and larger items will be crated, or blanket wrapped, then shipped. All shipping, handling and insurance are added to the purchase price. You will be notified of the total cost prior to shipping.

Guarantee and return policy:
Items may be returned if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Notify us within 48 hours of receipt of purchase. Return shipping, handling and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
